Carlos Sanchez
FOUNDER / MANAGING PARTNER
With over twenty-five years of real estate and commercial transactional experience, Carlos founded Sanchez Law with a vision of helping individuals and business owners realize their ambitions, be it home ownership or starting a business. An entrepreneur himself, Carlos obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey. He is fluent in Spanish.

Sergio Simoes

Sergio joined Sanchez Law after over fifteen years representing corporate clients in transactional matters and as litigation defense counsel. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate law, insurance law, appellate law and procedure, and warranty/product liability law. A former law clerk to a judge of the Appellate Division of New Jersey and a graduate of Albany Law School, Sergio is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Portuguese.

Nohemy Zabala

Nohemy is an associate attorney representing clients in residential and commercial real estate matters and in trust and estates. She attended New York Law School where she earned her law degree with honors and received certification in Real Estate Studies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude from Drew University and interned at the United States District Court of New Jersey and at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Nohemy currently serves as vice-chair of the Morristown Housing Authority and is fluent in Spanish.

With over two decades of experience in a wide range of legal matters, Jennifer has worked at various prestigious law firms and organizations. A graduate of Hunter College in 2004 with a Bachelors of Arts degree, she received her ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2014. Jennifer is a Trustee for the Paralegal Association of New Jersey and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association - Paralegal Committee.

Maria is a highly skilled paralegal with over four decades of diverse complex legal experience, including residential and commercial real estate, personal injury, worker’s compensation, criminal, immigration, and matrimonial cases. With a background in Executive Secretarial studies from Sawyer Business School, Maria engages with clients on a daily basis, providing invaluable support and attention to detail. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
